Here are our answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Is there any food service on site?

YES, a catering area will be present during our event to delight everyone's tastes.

WARNING : Bringing alcohol onto the site & having a barbecue is strictly prohibited .

Animals are strictly prohibited on racing circuits event kept on a leash.

You will be refused access if you arrive at the entrance with an animal.

Any exit from the site is final.

Only drivers can leave the site and then return only for the purpose of refueling . They must respect certain rules for this:

  • Tell the security guards at the exit that he is going to fill up with gas, and give his first and last name.
  • Exit & return from the site alone.

It is not possible to sleep within the circuit grounds. The site is not equipped and does not have the administrative authorizations for this.

You can however leave your vehicle and equipment on site if you wish, the site being closed and monitored 24 hours a day.

A Participation Title (TP) or a FFSA practicing license is mandatory for all drivers & 2nd drivers participating in the driver pack.

The TP is individual, so each pilot must subscribe to a TP.

Participation passes allow any unlicensed individual to participate in certain FFSA activities. Participation passes are issued in specific disciplines.

Receipt of the participation certificate by its holder constitutes a commitment to comply with the rules of the FFSA and the safety rules, as well as the disciplinary authority of the FFSA.

Yes, you must be 18 years old & over, as well as have a valid category B driving license at the time of the event.

You will need to present it when you drop off your liability waiver and pick up your welcome pack at building 1924.

Trailer parking is provided within the circuit. Volunteers on site will guide you to it upon your arrival.

Each person in a vehicle taking part in the rolling must have the following equipment :

  • Approved Jet or Full-face helmet with European standard label (E02,03,04...) or French standard (NF S ... green label). Please note that for vehicles without a windshield or convertible, a full-face helmet is MANDATORY.
  • Wear long sleeves & pants (i.e. be covered from head to toe).
  • Driver and passenger are belted or harnessed. (Unless the vehicle does not have original seat belts).
For “competition” or modified (roll bar) type vehicles only:

  • Wear approved fireproof overalls and gloves (even if the validity date indicated on your clothing is not met).
  • Harness is mandatory.
  • A balaclava and FIA standard underwear are strongly recommended.

When driving on the track:

  • 1 Only passenger in my vehicle.
  • Passenger must be at least 18 years old .
  • He must have completed his liability waiver and have his passenger wristband.
  • I am solely responsible for the passenger and accept the risks incurred by the presence of a person in my vehicle.
  • My passenger must not put his hands or arms out of the window.
During the parade:

  • I can take as many passengers as there are seats available in my vehicle.
  • Minors are allowed.
  • They must have their seat belts or harnesses fastened.
  • They must not get out of the vehicle to take photos during the parade
  • They should not go in the trunk or on the roof.
  • They are not allowed to stand up in the vehicle.

The Parade will start from 5:00 p.m. (unless there is a change of schedule beyond our control).

Once the last driving session is over (4:40 p.m.) The speaker will invite you to come to the track entrance. Please do not come to the track entrance before the speaker's call.

Below you will find all the rules to follow for the smooth running of a parade :

  • I fasten my seat belt and/or safety harness.
  • I do not take more passengers than my vehicle has seats.
  • I don't drive faster than 50km/h .
  • I do not overtake the vehicle in front of me.
  • I don't stop & I don't go out to take pictures and/or videos.
  • Wearing a helmet is not mandatory.
  • Minors may ride as passengers.
  • I show courtesy
Any damage caused to the track and/or circuit infrastructure will be billed to you.

You can leave your vehicle and/or equipment on site. However, you remain responsible for your property. Under no circumstances can UTAC be held responsible in the event of damage or theft.

For your information, the site is under video surveillance and monitored by security agents 24/7.

You can log in to the website once your registration is fully completed. This means you must have paid for your registration or tickets.

How do I log in?
  1. You need to click on "Login" in the menu bar.
  2. You must provide the email address you used to register.
  3. You will receive a code at the email address provided.
  4. Enter the code received by email and confirm your connection.
  5. You are now logged in to your registration or order.
Once logged in you will be able to:
  • Modify your order or registration information.
  • Download your tickets.

To subscribe to options or purchase additional tickets, once you have already completed your registration.

Simply return to the payment email and click the "Proceed to payment" button.

Here are our refund conditions and the method to follow to make the request:

Refund conditions:

Driver Pack:

  • Up to 2 months before the event: 100% refund including taxes with a deduction of our payment platform fees (2 to 5% fees on the amount including taxes).
  • Between 2 months & 1 month before the event: Reimbursement of up to 75% including taxes.
  • Between 1 Month & 3 Weeks before the event: Reimbursement of up to 50% including taxes.
  • Less than 3 weeks before the event: No refund possible
  • It is not possible to resell the pack without the agreement of UTAC Event & Formation France.

Parade Pack:
  • Up to 2 months before the event: 100% refund including tax with a deduction of our payment platform fees (2 to 5% fees on the amount including taxes).
  • Between 2 months & 1 month before the event: Reimbursement of up to 75% including taxes.
  • Between 1 Month & 2 Weeks before the event: Reimbursement of up to 50% including taxes.
  • Less than 2 weeks before the event: No refund possible.
  • It is not possible to resell the pack without the agreement of UTAC Event & Formation France.

Merchant Exhibitor Pack:
  • No refund possible.
  • No resale possible.

Visitor & VIP tickets

  • No refund possible.
  • We allow people to resell visitor or VIP tickets purchased in the web version only without prior authorization from UTAC Event & Formation France.

Steps to follow to request a refund:

An email with a refund request indicating the name of the purchaser of the Pack and the email used for the registration request must be sent to publicevents.fr@utac.com .
Only the date of receipt by UTAC Event & Formation France of the email indicating the reimbursement request will be used to determine the reimbursement rate to be applied.
